Complete Your Enrollment: Required Documents
To finalize your admission to Blackfeet Community College, you must submit the following documents immediately after your application. Swift submission ensures prompt processing and secures your place in our academic community.
Essential Documents for All Applicants
- Academic Verification (Required)
- Official High School Transcript with graduation date, OR
- Official G.E.D./HiSET Transcript
- Health Requirements (Mandatory)
- Comprehensive Immunization Record
- MUST show proof of two (2) MMR vaccinations
- Required for all students born after December 31, 1956
Additional Documents (If Applicable)
- Tribal Affiliation Documentation
- Certificate of Indian Blood (C.I.B.) OR
- Proof of Descendancy
- Required for enrolled members or descendants of federally recognized tribes
- Previous College Experience
- Official transcripts from ALL previous institutions
- Must be sealed and sent directly from prior colleges/universities
