Description
This course explores the development of forestry. Topics include basic forest ecology, harvesting, dendrology, environmental
requirements, and physical properties of the major tree species of the Northern Rocky Mountains. Emphasis will be on the Montana and Blackfeet Reservation tree species. Offered fall semester.
