Welcome to Enrollment Management Services

Enrollment Management Services is a one-stop shop for all your enrollment needs, including applying for admissions, registering for classes, getting a transcript, applying for courses, understanding financial aid, and all the steps to begin your student journey.

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is here to assist you and make handling the business side of things as easy and seamless as possible so you can focus on what matters—getting the most out of your enrollment experience at Blackfeet Community College.

Admission is where you start the process of entry to Blackfeet Community College, to start your future! BFCC has an open enrollment policy; without regard to race, color, sex, religion, nationality, national origin, veteran status, or disability. The age requirement is sixteen years of age.

BFCC's Financial Aid Office helps students and their families pay for education by providing information and financial aid. They can aid in the following areas:

  • Applying for aid
    The Financial Aid Office guides students through the application process and helps determine eligibility. They may also provide an estimated financial aid award to help students make enrollment decisions.
  • Understanding aid
    The Financial Aid Office educates students about the cost of attendance and available aid sources, including scholarships and grants. 
  • Distributing aid
    The Financial Aid Office manages the distribution of financial aid, including awarding and disbursing monetary resources.
  • Emergency aid
    The Financial Aid Office emergency aid program assists students at risk of dropping out of college due to unexpected external financial emergencies. Students can apply for emergency funding up to $500.00.

The Office of the Registrar supports the College’s academic mission and maintains the official academic records for all students who have or are attending BFCC.  

The office administers academic services by providing transcripts, letters of certification, registration for classes, course closures, drop/adds - course withdrawals, instructor withdrawals, and general academic information. The office maintains and updates academic records, interprets and applies academic policies, and certifies eligibility for Certificate, Associate, and BSN degrees.

Paying for college

Use the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form to apply for college or graduate school financial aid.

FAFSA® Deadlines: Many states and colleges set priority deadlines by which you must submit the FAFSA form to be considered for their aid programs. There is also a federal deadline each academic year.
